Prices
All prices listed are in Euros and include the statutory VAT (24%). Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated automatically based on the weight or volume of the products at the end of the order. Quanti-X reserves the right to modify product prices at any time but is committed to applying the prices indicated on the website at the time of your order.
Availability & Order Execution
We execute your order within the framework of our available stock. In case a product is not available, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the expected delivery time or alternative options.
Right of Withdrawal (Υπαναχώρηση)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without stating any reason, with the sole burden of the direct cost of returning the products. We will refund your payments within 14 calendar days from the day you inform us about your decision to withdraw, provided the items are received and inspected by our team in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Returns & Defective Products
Returns are accepted only if the order was executed incorrectly by our store (wrong item or quantity delivered) or if the product is defective upon delivery. The product must be in pristine condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accompanying documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice). For defective items or errors on our part, shipping and return costs are covered by Quanti-X.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's or our official warranty as specified alongside each product. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, poor storage, lack of maintenance, or intentional/accidental damage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
