Returns and refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect. In such cases, Quanti-X will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange.
